Richard
I loved the central location of Jacobite House, right in the heart of town. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including a kettle and iron. The shared kitchen was a great bonus, as I could store my groceries and prepare meals. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep.

The hotel had fantastic views of the city and offered fun activities like billiards, table tennis, and darts. The karaoke nights were a blast!
Just loved having to cross shared areas to use the toilet. So convenient, especially at night.

The location of Jacobite House was incredibly convenient, being near the train and bus station. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The shared kitchen was a bonus, with plenty of space in the fridge and extra supplies available. The warm water and pressure in the bathroom were sufficient, and having a kettle in the room was convenient. We also appreciated the presence of an iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer. Additionally, having a grocery store next door made it easy to grab any necessities.
One drawback we experienced was the off-site parking, which required a 5-8 minute walk while pulling our luggage. Another minor issue was that the room was tight, though well appointed.

Great location, with the convenience of a store nearby for snacks and drinks. The town had a lively atmosphere, with a bar just across the street and more within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing clear instructions for self check-in. The room itself was comfortable, with a spacious bed, excellent shower, and tea and coffee making facilities.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the private bathroom was not ensuite as expected, but rather a walk along the landing.
